On The Case

A hard spectacle case is shown, it has a random eye chart printed on one side (just like an opticians) and is completely plain on the other. A card is selected from a regular deck. You now remove your invisible mind reading glasses from the spectacle case. After a couple of minutes by play with invisible glasses and you guessing the card wrong several times. The spectator is asked to read the eye chart on the case. it now reads THE CARD YOU SELECTED IS THE. Every letter has rearranged itself. Slowly you turn the case around and on the back of the case is their card. No switching cases , only one case is used, you will love the method, it is ingenious. Effect

Any card is selected, signed and returned to the deck. Any routine is performed ie an ambitious card, a transposition etc. The magician slowly removes his foot from inside his shoe. A card is clearly seen inside. Pick up the shoe and remove the card it really is their signed card.

Tension

Four 10’s are removed from the deck, they are placed out in a row and any 3 indifferent cards are put on each 10. There really are four cards in each pile and no double back or double faced cards. Pick up pile number one show the 10H and 3 cards. It’s difficult to explain this next sequence but you simply close the spread and then re-spread the cards and the 10H has gone. There are no false counts, double cards, glue, rough and smooth etc. Pick up pile two there are only four cards, in this pile are the 10S and amazingly the 10H. Once again both 10’s visually vanish and three 10’s appear in the third pile. Finally all three 10’s vanish from pile three and arrive in pile four. All four tens can be examined. There is no sleight of hand. You will love the simplicity of TENSION.
