What is the difference between a tuxedo and a suit?

Tuxedo jackets typically have satin lapels and tuxedo pants have a satin stripe down the side.
Suit jackets usually have a notch lapel as well.

My sleeve seems short, is it supposed to be?

Suit jacket sleeves are typically a little longer than than tux jackets.
Tux jackets should show a little of the shirt sleeve.

How do you put cufflinks on?

Step 1
With the shirt already on, pinch the cuffs of your sleeves together.
Step 2
Insert the cuff link through both of the holes in the cuff of the shirt. When your arm is at your side, the colored part of the cuff link should be facing outwards.
Step 3
The backside of the cuff link has a bar. Flip it over to secure the cuff link in place.

How do you put button studs on?

There are holes next to the buttons where the studs push through. Normally we rent them out when bow ties are worn.
They look a bit nicer than the normal buttons.

How do you put a button cover on?
(A)
The back snaps open and slides over the top button. These are worn in place of the tie.

Where on my waist should I wear my pants?
(A)
Pants should be worn at the bellybutton or right below.
We go by a pants out seam and average is about 40 inches.

When do I need to have my measurements turned in?
(A)
We work on a first come-first serve basis so the sooner the better.
We will try to do our best to get anyone a tux anytime but we can't guarantee availability.

What do I do if I have friends that need a tux but live out of town?
(A)
They can usually go to any men's clothing store or tuxedo shop and often do it for free.

When do we pick up the tuxes?
(A)
Average pick up date is 1-2 days before the event. If the event is out of town we try to get them earlier if needed.

When do we drop them off?
(A)
Average drop off is the day after the event before 5 P.M. unless we are closed the next day.
If we are closed simply return it the day after.

What happens if they are late?
(A)
Our company policy is $20.00 a day late fee for each tuxedo.
If there is a problem with returning a tux on time simply let us know and we will work with you.

What if something gets damaged?
(A)
There is a $4.00 Accidental Damage Waiver added to each tuxedo. This is to protect against ACCIDENTAL damage only.
This is determined by the owner/manager.
You may opt out of the damage waiver but any damaged items will have to be paid full price for.
